Order Processing

Please allow up to 14 days to process your order. Expect a confirmation email within 24 hours to let you know your order is being processed.

Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and click the "Place order" button. Delivery is only available to UK customers. Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after this time will be delivered up to 14 days from the next working day after the date of purchase.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 14 days using Evri's standard delivery (2 - 7 days). Shipping is free on all initial orders. Shipping is only charged to the customer when additional shipping fees are incurred with exchanges and returns.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Incurred shipping charges for returns and exchanges will be invoiced to the email you provided with the initial purchase. This is usually a flat rate for standard shipping options offered by Evri. A customer may choose to ship returns and items for exchange using Royal Mail's Track & Trace service. The customer must provide a valid tracking number.

 

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
